If you worry about ball size, you can use HCG and dial in after this. The reason is, when you dial in with test only, you gonna know what blood numbers make you feel good, the ratio of test, e2, dht, all that shit. Then you have something to go for, when / if you wanna dial in with HCG. That could be worrisome, but then there isn’t usually evidence of a baby at 4 to 5 weeks or at my hCG level, 200. She said do it for 3-4 months and then we’ll re-check my levels. I went to a mens clinic and they suggested doing 150 weekly and add HCG. Didn’t check levels before adding HCG. I only bring this up because you said HCG didn’t work well for you before, so maybe changing up the dilution ratio would help. Again, no science behind this, just anecdotal. For me, a less concentrated does resulted in more flushed face/blushing in the face, some hot flashes. I tried the more concentrated does and that went away.
